2006年北美体協杯/MITCSSA排球比賽規則和注意事項

 

一。時間和場地

          本次邀請賽定於5/21/2006，星期日，9：00 AM 開始。使用MIT Zesiger Athletic Center 的 Rockwell Volleyball Court.共四個比賽場地。

二。裁判人員

          邀請賽的裁判小組由陳東浩/葛洪生任總裁判長。每場主，副兩名裁判。A組比賽由B組裁判擔任。 B組比賽由A組裁判擔任。

三。比賽方式

          目前A組有五個隊。采用標准网高。B組有10個隊，采用二米三四网高。

Five teams in League A play round-robin to decide the winner. Team position is drawn with the similar rule as League B.

 

League B have 11 teams, as we planned, divided into three groups with group B1 and B3 each have four teams and group B2 has three teams. Teams in each group play round-robin to decide the winner of each group. Top team in each group plus a wild card team from B1 or B3 will advance to semifinal and final. BU PE is in group 1 (#1 seed), Sharon in group 2 (#2 seed) an ACLS 1 in group 3 (#3 seed). The wild card team will be decided between two second place teams in group B1 and B3 based on the record and then detailed scores. In semifinal, if the wild card team is from group B1, this team will play group B2’s winner, otherwise, it will play B1’s winner. The other two teams will face each other. Winners of two semifinal games will play for champion and losers play for third place.

 

四。計分。

          采用排球新規則，任何一次發球后嬴方即得分，得分方即進行下一次發球。前二每局先獲25分并且最少领先2分的隊取胜，決胜局每            局15分，先獲15分并且最少领先2分的隊取胜。

五。犯規

          裁判根据新規則裁定各項犯規如：持球，触网，過网擊球，后排越位，等等。新規則允許發球擦网，不得直接攔网對方發球，等等。

六。暫停和換人

          每方每場可要求暫停兩次。每次一分鐘。換人不得超過六次。

七。比賽用球由組委會提供。各隊自帶練習用球。

八。爭議

            賽场上如有争议，只有队长有权与裁判交涉，所有参賽隊員必须服从裁判的最终裁決。如遇重大比賽的爭議，由裁判小組討論后作出        最后解釋和裁決。

九。其他注意事項

     注意安全，有傷，病，痛的人員不要勉強參加比賽。与比賽無關的人員不要進入賽場。注意環境衛生，午飯不得在場地用餐，一律到外廳(LOBBY)吃飯。在現場听從工作人員指揮，出現緊急情況按照場館人員指揮安全迅速撤离。

I further relinquish any legal claim against CNASA/MITCSSA and its board members in the event that anyone of us is injured during the tournament on May 21, 2006.
