2010 CNASA Volleyball Guideline
We have two divisions and there are 4 teams in division A
and 7 teams in division B. Both divisions will play round robin. Top three
teams in each division will be awarded trophies.

Tournament format
Both Division A and Division B will play round-robin.
All matches in Division A will be 2 games in each match and
25 points each game. There is no third game whether it is tie or not. When the
score is 24-24 tie, two points are needed to win the game.
All matches in Division B will be 2 games in each match and
11 points each game. There is no third game whether it is tie or not. When the
score is 10-10 tie, two points are needed to win the game.
Each win is counted as 2 points, a tie counted as 1 point.
The winner will be decided by the team’s total points.
Tie breakers:
- total points earned.
- If two teams have the same points, the winner of head to
head match will rank higher.
- If two teams’ head to head match is a tie or three or more
than two teams have same points, the net games (games won minus games
lost) will be the tie breaker between those teams. If the net games are
the same, net points will be used to break a tie.
Each team can only have one timeouts in each game. Each
timeout is 1 minute.
